Meditation to Stop Negative Thoughts and Remove Your Karma

Meditation to Stop Negative Thoughts and Remove Your Karma

This is a very powerful meditation and I have
never taught this before. I offer this meditation to you to get rid
of your karma. It kind of combines all the 3 models. So as I said they are not mutually exclusive. Now let’s get started. Close your eyes. Feel the entire brain , the frontal lobe which
corresponds to the forehead, the R brain, the L brain, the top of the brain, the back
of the brain which is the cerebellum area, and also go deep inside, see the brain stem,
and look at the midbrain sitting on the brainstem, the thalamus and the pituitary gland, the
primitive brain. Even by looking at the brain psychologically,
you are activating a lot of neurons. If we put electrodes there we can see the
activity. Just by focus, you can activate the neurons
in a dramatic way. That’s what you are doing. Focus attention on the brain. You have health karma that results in diseases,
old age, the decay of the system, the biological system. You have money karma, which results in financial
hardship for most people. You have relationship karma with your spouse
or partner, or with others. All these contribute to the content. You have a content in your mind or brain and
that content is karma. Your content is different than my content,
and my content is different from someone else’s content. This content takes the shape of thought process. You get thoughts coming one by one, one replacing
the other. Thought watching is a very important technique
in the Buddhist tradition. At one time, thoughts will disappear and then
you will have what is called insight because thoughts now cloud your super consciousness. Thoughts are karmic, but insight is not karmic. Insight is your real self. Just keep watching your thoughts and see how
one thought changes into another and another and another. Just examine this statement: ‘Thoughts are
your guests. They check in and check out’. Who are you? You are the host. ~
Who are you? You are the gap in between two thoughts. The gap in between two thoughts is you. That gap is the insight and understanding
that gives you a taste of who you are, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent God. You can practice this thought watching and
look for insight. In addition to that I’m going to add a few
more elements. I’m going to ask you to stick onto one thought
and that thought has to be placed within the midbrain, particularly in the thalamus which
is a walnut shaped part in the middle of the brain and also the pineal gland which is a
much smaller, 5mm diameter organ also called the 3rd eye, the pineal gland. Both of them are in the middle of the brain. Put your attention there. This is a global presentation for everyone. I’m going to give you two versions:
One, for those who are not personally, emotionally, intellectually involved with me and my teachings,
you’ll do the first version which is just use the sound OM. OM simply means the sum total of consciousness,
waking, dreaming, sleeping, and the higher states of consciousness beyond the waking,
sleeping, and dreaming states. You hold onto this sound OM, and put it inside
the midbrain. I’m going to chant OM and put it inside
the midbrain in the pineal gland. OM
Now hold onto this sound OM and put it inside the midbrain. Let it go and fill the midbrain area empowering
the entire brain and entire consciousness. Keep on repeating OM. If other thoughts come, push them out and
come back to OM. Keep on thinking OM. You need a little bit more energy to stay
together. Collect all of your energy and stay on OM. You need some concentration. OM ~ Put it inside the midbrain. If thoughts come, push them out. You are not going to allow any thought to
interfere. Om will erase your karma, the karmic deposits
in the brain. If thoughts come, push them out. Stay on to the sound OM. Focus attention onto the middle part of the
brain, the midbrain, the thalamus, and the pineal gland. If thoughts come, push them out. Now I’m going to give you the second version
especially for those who have been following me for many years, also for those who have
started following me recently, it doesn’t matter, and also for those who are not following
me, or who have not been following me. You can also use this second version. In the second version, you’ll just stick
with this sound: OM SIVA SATGURU BABAYA SWAHA ~ Put it in the midbrain, inside the thalamus,
inside the pineal gland. Keep on thinking it mentally. If thoughts come, push them out. OM SIVA SATGURU BABAYA SWAHA Keep your attention
on the sound. Push thoughts out if they interfere. Put you attention on the midbrain, the thalamus,
and the pineal gland. Keep on thinking the sound: OM SIVA
SATGURU BABAYA SWAHA Don’t allow the thoughts to come and interfere. Push them out. Concentrate on the sound. Keep your attention on the midbrain, the thalamus,
and the pineal gland. Feel your karma being released from the brain
– the health karma, the money karma, the relationship karma. This new meditation is going to be immensely
helpful to change your karma and also to structure a very fulfilling karma. You need karma anyway otherwise there won’t
be life, otherwise you’ll be completely empty. In order to live life, you need karma, thought
forms, experiences. This meditation will do that. It will erase bad karma and put good karma
in its place. Now relax. Slowly, slowly come back to yourself, take
your time.
