Meditation for peaceful easy feeling – 5 mins relax

>>Hello, everyone. This is a short meditation
to feel peace and ease in your body. We’ll begin by taking a
comfortable seat on the ground, on a chair, on your
bed, anywhere where you can sit comfortably. Once there, let the hands
rest onto the mid thighs. We’ll lengthen the spine. With a soft gaze out in front
of you, nowhere in particular, we’ll start with the breath. These breaths are
in through the nose and out through the
mouth, exaggerated breathing so that you can anchor
into present moment awareness. And on your next out breath,
you can seal the lips and either seal the
eyes to a full close or keep a soft gaze at the
ground, eyes slightly open. Continuing to be in right
relationship with the breath, start to scan the body. So you’re using the
breath to kind of navigate the inner space and the physical
space to notice, to witness, and to acknowledge
everything that you’ve got going on inside of you. Once complete with that,
breathe in, peace and ease. Even if there’s things
in your world right now that feel more tight
and tense, you’re still encouraging and inviting
in that feeling and sense of easygoing, not gripping too
hard on any concept or outcome. And the out breath really allows
you to sink into that space. Inhale pulling it in and
exhale letting it settle. And as you draw those
energies into your space, there’s harmony in your
body and your mind. There’s balance and
general ease to being you. And if there’s anywhere
in your space that feels like it’s still
really clinging tight, ask yourself the
question, what would it look like if it were easy? And take that question with
you throughout your whole day and beyond about how
you can make everything as easy as possible so that that
sense of peace and confidence is always inside of you on the
other side of every conflict or tension that you
bump up against. We’ll make our way
back to the breath, back to the body,
slowly opening the eyes, and fold the hands in
front of the heart. Namaste.
