of your day to work on yourself and to connect with your inner child

a child take a moment to walk slowly
and look around in your mind and see all of the details as they come back to you
turn to the left and turn to the right and look around
that all of the details in the distance you visualize the
sanctuary where you felt safe when you were young and there you see a little child slowly
walk over to that child as you get closer
you see that it is Hugh why take a moment to look at yourself how peer
innocent you were as a child how beautiful you are slowly walk up to that child and say hi your eyes need
and you smile if it feels comfortable
can bend down give your inner child the hug whatever feels comfortable for your
inner child tell your inner child
