  3. So, there is this girl I like a lot, and I told her how I felt a few years back. Unfortunately, I was too late to tell her, and a few months prior she had started dating someone else without me knowing. When she told me, I went into a depression that lasted up until several months back.

    I've also read that it's not the person I should be trying to attract, it's the relationship with the person, which makes sense. I also know I believe I am putting too much attachment into the outcome, but I don't know how to not do that. What action can I take, if she is already with this person? That's where I'm lost.
